How do I update my AFA information?
Go to the AFA Members Section
Upon entering this section you will be asked to provide a Login and Password - Your Login is your AFA MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (Example: AF0123456JS).
Your membership number begins with AF, followed by 7 digits and then ends with your first and last name initials. The AF and your initials must be in capital letters. This number can be found on your AFA Membership ID Card or your Air Force Magazine mailing label. If you have an older AFA Membership ID Card your number may not appear like the one above. Your number may instead look like this - AFS123456J. In order to gain access to the private area, you will need to move your last name initial to the end of the number and replace it with a 0 (zero). The number will now look like this - AF0123456JS.
If you are unable to locate your membership number, please call AFA's Customer Service Department at 1-800-727-3337 or e-mail us at custserv@afa.org with your name and address and your membership number will be sent back to you.
Your Password is your LAST NAME Example: SMITH
Your last name must be typed in ALL CAPITALS for you to gain access to the private area.
